As part of your registration and use of the “IMOTEX Daily Fashion App” of QHS Quadro Handel und Service GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “App“), we process your personal data (both the information designated as mandatory fields as well as such personal data that you provide voluntarily) in accordance with this privacy policy and the applicable statutory data protection provisions.

2. processing of personal data
The processing of personal data in connection with the provision of this app is carried out for the purpose of carrying out sales promotion activities in the B2B sector (fashion/fashion). They take place on the basis of the following legal bases, depending on the group of data subjects you belong to
– § 26 Abs. 1 BDSG, if you are an employee of a contractual partner
– Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO, if you are the direct contractual partner

– Processors, i.e. companies which, due to contractual obligations, handle your data exclusively in accordance with the instructions of the person responsible: Providers of technical services and services, in particular computer centre services
– Third parties, i.e. companies that handle your data under their own responsibility: Fashion Access Card issuers, translation service providers
The controller has no intention of disclosing personal data to recipients in a third country.
4. duration of storage
Your personal data will be stored by us for as long as you are registered as a user of the app, unless longer retention periods are required by law.
5. rights of the data subjects
You are entitled to the following rights:
– the right to obtain information from the person responsible about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 DS-GVO)
– the right to rectify (Art. 16 DS-GVO) your personal data,
– the right to delete (Art. 17 DS-GVO) your personal data,
– the right to restrict processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO),
– the right to data transferability (Art. 20 DS-GVO), i.e. handing over your personal data stored by the responsible person in a common, machine-readable format.
– Since the data controller does not carry out processing operations based on a balancing of interests, you have no right to object to such processing operations.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection regarding the handling of your data by the person responsible. 6. consequences of non-delivery and automated decision-making
You are not obliged to provide the data. Failure to provide your personal data, however, will mean that you will not complete the registration process and therefore will not be able to use the functions of the app.
Automated decision making, which could have legal effects on you or affect you significantly in a similar way, does not take place in connection with your use of the App.
